Miss Jennifer Carolyn Capps, 37, died Monday (August 9, 2010) at Largo Medical Center in Largo, FL after an extended illness.
She was a native of Atlanta, and she lived most of her life in Gwinnett County. She was a member of Norcross First United Methodist Church. In 1993, she graduated from Young Harris Junior College where she joined Sigma Beta Sigma Sorority, and then attended and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995. She was employed by Accounting Solutions which was based in Atlanta as an accounting recruiter. Because of her illness, she moved to Florida to be near her mother.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Loudermilk Capps of Clearwater, FL; her father, Larry Capps (wife Sandra) of Waycross, GA; one sister, Tara Capps West (husband Jeremy) of Enterprise, AL; one nephew, Chase Purvis; one niece, Shelby West; her grandmother, Carole Capps of Waycross; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday (August 22, 2010) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
