Mrs. Flint Passes Away
We regret to chronicle the death at Great Falls yesterday morning about 11 o'clock, of Mrs. H.S. Flint, wife of the publisher of this paper, the immediate cause of death being pneumonia, superinduced by influenza. Mrs. Flint had been an inmate of the hospital for about ten days, during which time she has been a sufferer from the dread scourge.
About two weeks ago her little daughter, Helen, underwent an operation, and it is thought that the mother contracted the disease while giving care and attention to the little one. She was removed to the hospital suffering with influenza, which developed into pneumonia, with the results as stated.
Mr. Flint is at present an inmate of the same hospital suffering with pneumonia, and yesterday morning the little son, Bobbie, was taken to the same institution supposedly with influenza.
Mrs. Flint was known to nearly every resident of Big Sandy, and was universally respected by all who had made her acquaintance, and it is generally conceded that no one will be more universally missed in the community than she.
The sympathy of the entire community goes out to Mr. Flint and the two little tots in their bereavement, and it is the wish of all that they may soon be able to return to their large circle of friends in Big Sandy
