Survived by father John and wife Carol (Burkhart) Smith; mother Roxanne Smith; daughter Taejha Smith; sons Onreey Stewart and Daelon Britt; granddaughter Janaelyeah Britt; sister Tawnya Smith-Dickson, married to Warren Dickson Jr.; 1/2 brother John Smith Jr.; step-brother Joshua Burkett; aunt Patty Stantz; cousins Alexis Natta and Derrick Stantz and nephews Tre' and Tyler Smith all of Johnstown.
Tammy worked at St. Jude's Haven.
Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Friday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. 146 Chandler Ave. Service will be held at 8pm Friday.
She was a victim of domestic violence.
