After Martin died in 1849, she then married John Tackett in 1849 or 1850, Michael Tackett is their son, John Tackett died in 1856, and she then married William Tompson on August 5, 1858, no known children. Mother of Loranzy Ramsey Kennedy and grandmother of Elizabeth Kennedy Phillips∼She is the daughter of Bemjamin Ward born 1775 in Turkey Knob, Alleghany, North Carolina and died 1837 in Caryville, Campbell, Tennessee, and his wife Catherine HARMON Ward, they married 1796 in Ashe county, North Carolina.
