Samuel McDowell and wife Martha, heirs of Samuel Findley Senr. late of Westmoreland County deceased, of the one part, and Samuel Findley Junr. of said county of the other part.
Samuel & Martha McDowell, for the sum of $260.00, sold to Samuel Findley Junr. a certain tract of land situate in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County, PA containing 399 acres and one quarter, which had been warranted to Samuel Findley Senr. by warrant dated 4 October 1788. This tract descended to the said Samuel & Martha McDowell as a part of the above named decedent's estate.
