FROM HER OBITUARY: Carolyn F. Tyree, longtime Muskogee resident, died late Saturday in Muskogee Regional Medical Center. A native of Dyer, Ark., she was born June 10, 1904. She spent her formative years at Henryetta, where she finished high school. She was married to Robert J. Tyree at Okmulgee on Dec. 30, 1922. They moved to Muskogee the following year where she maintained her residence for the past six and one-half decades. She was associated with her husband in the building contracting business for many years. He preceded her in death in 1978.
