Mary Keltner Coomer was born January 1, 1825 in Pickaway County, Ohio died February 1, 1907, aged 82 years and 1 months.
She was married to Albert Coomer, February 22, 1849. To this union was born three sons and six daughters, four of the daughters having preceded their parents to the better world.
She came with her husband to Paulding county in the fall of 1852 being one among the earliest settlers of Benton township. She endured the many hardships of pioneer life. Her husband died May the 26, 1904 and since that time she has been making her home with her youngest son Samuel Coomer until the time of her death. She leaves three sons, two daughters, 58 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of neighbors and friends to mourn her loss
