James Oliver Agee
James Oliver Agee was born October 6, 1878 at Parish, Ark, and died March 28 at Good Shepherd hospital at the age of 90. Mr. Agee was a wheat farmer and had lived in Boardman 21 years before coming to Hermiston, where he lived for the last four years.
Mr. Agee is survived by his wife Laura of Hermiston, and two sisters, Rose McMurray of Clarkston, Wash. and Irene Ottinger of LaCenter, Wash.
Funeral services were at Burns Mortuary Chapel Saturday, March 29, at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Robert Kriner of the West Park Baptist Church officiated. Casket bearers were Leonard Black, Fred Thurman, John Summers, Ted Iszler and Randall Tucker. Burial was at Ione cemetery.
