Leonard Keller of Plainfield, a kind and loving man whose gentle nature touched many people throughout his life passed away at age 53 on August 9, 2010, after his brief battle with cancer

Leonard was born November 27, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN to William and Dorothy Keller. Leonard is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sandee (Hantzis) and son Adam David Keller.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother William "Mike" Keller.

Survivors also include brothers; Charles, Dan, Robert, Ronnie, Larry and Tracy Keller, and sisters; Mary Heath, Jean Keller and Frances Keller-Garcia.

Leonard has served as a Deputy Sherriff for the Hendricks Co. Sherriff‘s Department for the past 10 years. Leonard received an award in recognition for his humanitarian efforts supporting the 2008 Morgan Co. flood victims. Leonard drove for Overnite Transportation Co. for 18 years, where he won the Semi-truck Rodeo; "Doubles" category. Leonard was a beloved member of Life Tabernacle church.
