Mrs. Elva Hattie Adams, age 96, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away November 12, 2006 at WellStar Paulding Nursing Unit.
Mrs. Adams was born March 11, 1910 in Camden, New Jersey, daughter of the late Robert Jones, Sr. She worked as a Seamstress.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Joyce Jones of Marrietta; sons, Mr. and Mrs. Steven (Rosie) Jones of Elmont, New York and Mr. Dennis Jones of New York; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Mr. Robert Jones, Sr., she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Tillman Adams; brother, Mr. Robert Jones, Jr.; sister, Mrs. Edna Lutz and two daughters, Miss Doris Jones and Miss Janet Jones.
No services are planned at this time.
Benson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
