Ralph Hammer is buried next to Amanda Ann Hammer, and on her other side is buried her husband, Francis Marion Hammer. There is no further information available to me regarding Ralph at this time, but the marker is a small cheap cement one, impossible to read in the falling rain. I will go back when the weather is better, and take a picture with the type shadowed and the grass cut back. The placement implies, or I infer, that Ralph is related to Francis and Amanda Hammer. -- Sue Ann Harfst

Ralph Augustus Hammer was born on May 10, 1877 in Willow Creek, Morrow Co, Idaho. He died April 24, 1932 at Homestead, Baker Co, Oregon. He married Lena Koeninger on July 4, 1900 at Clayton, Custer Co, Idaho. He was indeed the son of Francis Marion and Amanda Ann Thomson-Hammer.

My grandmother was Mary Etta Hammer-Pierce # 25376520
Hope this info helps.

Although Kay says he was born in Idaho, I believe she meant at Willow Creek Dam site, in Morrow County, Oregon. It is not in the Findagrave list of towns.
