Paul D. Patton, 90, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010, at his home in Havana.

He was born June 2, 1920, in Logan County, to William Pinkney and Metisha Isabelle Farr Patton.

A former resident of Scott City, Mr. Patton was a farmer and Scott County road supervisor.

In 1941, he married Lena Irene Wright in Logan County. She died May 16, 2009, in Sedan. He also was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Ronald Eugene Patton.

Survivors include a son, Michael Patton of Havana; a sister, Hazel Browning of Scott City; a brother, Arthur Patton of Grand Rapids, Minn.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Burial was at Scott County Cemetery in Scott City.
