Danish official, Cand. Laws, author, poet and amateur musician. In 1828 he was a student with H.C. Andersen, a pupil of Weyse, and was an accomplished pianist, and followed a career in Ministry of Justice, where he ended up as Administrator. He released already years after a small journal, which also contributed to Andersen. He wrote both poems, short stories and a few dramatic works and wanted very much to move closer to an artistic environment rather than the legal world. He composed several small pieces of music including 6 full Galloper to the Students' Association (1836).
