Harvey Allen, 72, of Topeka died at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka Tuesday morning, August 25, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock. He formerly lived in the Hiawatha and Powhattan communities. Survivors include his wife of the home at Topeka, his children, Mrs. Mark Starkey of Kansas City, Kansas; Mrs. Omar Cooper of Topeka and Donald E Allen of Topeka. Funeral services will be held from the Powhattan Methodist church Thursday afternoon, August 27, at 2:30 with the Rev. Maclure Stillwell in charge. Interment will be at the Powhattan cemetery.
