Lewis "LC" Porter, Jr., 75, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Liberty Regional Medical Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Liberty County and of the Methodist faith. He is
preceded in death by his grandson Jerome Porter and parents Lewis and Ina Porter.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law Terry and Jeanie Porter of Glennville; one granddaughter Erica Porter of California, MD; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10-11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Hinesville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ken Porter, Jason Porter, Kevin Porter, Wayne Deloach, Bruce Deloach and Brent Folsom.
