Mrs. Sadie E. Stouffer, 84, of Cowansville, died at 9:45 a.m. yesterday at Bowser's Boarding Home, Worthington. Born June 2, 1889 in East Franklin Township, she was the daughter of Hugh and Margaret (Campbell) Thompson. Mrs. Stouffer was a member of the Union Presbyterian Church of Cowansville and Lady Craig Rebekah Lodge of Worthington. Her husband, Sharon Stouffer, died in 1953. She is survived by a son, Clifford C. Stouffer of Cowansville; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. STOUFFER – Friends of Mrs. Sadie E. Stouffer, who died Aug. 9, 1973, will be received at the Walter G. Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Service will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Robert Gracey, pastor of Union Presbyterian Church of Cowansville. Interment will be in Cowansville Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder of Cowansville.
