Born 16 Mar 1891 Kupel, Volhynian Governorate, Russian Empire aka Kupel, Konstantynów (aka Starokostiantyniv) Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. Daughter of Jacob & Wiktoria (Kozdorowski) Czapski. Wife of Julian Leon Golinsky. Children: Catherine, twins Sophia & Pauline, Bruno, Leon, Helen, Jane and Stephen. 2nd husband Stephen Bratkowsky. Stepsons: Michael, James, Frederick Theodore and Daniel.

Mrs. Antoinette [Antonina] (Anna) Bratkowsky, 89, of 2 Madison Court, a retired dietary aide at Bridgeport Hospital, died Saturday at Roncalli Health Center. Services will take place Tuesday at a.m. in the Charles T. Pistey and Sons Funeral Home, 255 Barnum Avenue, with the Rev. John Perish, pastor of the Holy Ghost Russian Orthodox Church, officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Panaheda services will take place Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Mrs. Bratkowsky was born in Poland and was a Bridgeport resident for 70 years. She retired 20 years ago from Bridgeport Hospital as a dietary aide. She was a member of the Lemko Club. She was the widow of Stephen Bratkowsky. Survivors include a son, Stephen Golinski of Maryland; three daughters, Mrs. Katherine Demyen of Norfolk, VA, Mrs. Pauline J. Murad of Bridgeport and Mrs. Jane Stone of Milford; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
