--Edmund S. Mills, who died at his home in Hastings, Thursday evening, was a retired millionaire cloak merchant. He was born at Smithtown, L. I. in 1822, and was employed as a store boy in the house of A. T. Stewart & Co. where he remained twelve years. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce. He retired from business eight years ago. His remains will be buried in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Tarrytown, at 3 o'clock on Monday afternoon.
