Paul Risinger, 71, R.R.10, Greensburg, died Tuesday morning at Decatur County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 2, 1903, in New Point, the son of Charles and Frances Colson Risinger. He married Hollis Neimeyer on Sept. 19, 1926, and she survives.
Mr. Risinger was a member of the New Point Christian Church and the Woodmen Lodge. He had been a school bus driver for many years, as well as a farmer. He resided in New Point most of his life.
In addition to the widow. surviving are: a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Joyce) Holtkamp, R.R.10, Greensburg; two brothers, Willis R. Risinger, Mooresville, and Ralph Risinger, R.R.10, Greensburg; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Schoen, Ft. Myers, Fla., and one granddaughter, Miss Holly Holtkamp, R.R.10, Greensburg. He was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be held at 2 p.m Thursday at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Loyd, pastor of the New Point Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Rossburg Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday. The family requests that memorials be in the form of donations in the American Cancer Society.
