EDEN - Mrs. Jim COX, 70, a resident of Eden since 1899, died at 6 a.m. Thursday at an Eden hospital after a long illness.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Eden First Baptist Church with burial in Eden Cemetery. Day-Loveless Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. COX, the former Miss Lucille ANDESON, was married in 1916 in Eden. She was a native of Mineola.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jim Bob COX and Harlan COX, both of Eden; a brother, D. L. ANDERSON of Houston, and five grandchildren.
