Son of Archer Harry Kimball Tebbetts (1887-1977) & Abbie Hardy Wiggin Tebbetts (1886-1967).

Harvey served as a Private First Class, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Carroll County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on February 6, 1941, prior to the war, in Manchester, New Hampshire. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being lumbermen and also as Single, without dependents.

Harvey was "Killed In Action" on Luzon during the war and was awarded the Purple Heart.

He also has a "Cenotaph" at the No. Wolfeboro Cemetery, Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
