Theodore served as a Technician Fifth Class, 17th Bomber Squadron, 27th Bomber Group, Light, U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II.

He resided in Rockingham County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on November 13, 1940, prior to the war, in Concord, New Hampshire. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Salesperson and also as Single, without dependents.

He became a POW of the Japanese Army in the "Fall Of The Philippines" in April-May, 1942.

Theodore "Died While A POW" of the Japanese Army at POW Camp 1, Cabanatuan, Nueva Province, Luzon, Philippines during the war. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
