Gunner's Mate, U.S. Navy, World War II-Gunner's Mate Graham was killed in a ship accident off the Coast of China on 10-24-1944. He was a Prisoner of War from Billibid Prisoner of War Camp, Philippines, being transferred to Japan.

He is the son of Mr. Louis & Mrs. Lissie {Stilwell} Graham of Pekin, Illinois, and is a 1927 graduate of Pekin Community H.S.

He does leave three brothers, Pfc. Charles Graham of the Army, Seaman 2/c with the Navy in the Pacific, and Gallant Graham of Pekin, and two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Martin of Pekin, and Mrs. Fannie Hutchinson, also of Pekin, Illinois.

Awards: Purple Heart Medal, American Campaign Medal, Pacific Campaign Medal with Two Battle Stars, Navy Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal, POW Medal.
