Pasquale served as a Staff Sergeant & Engineer on B-25D #41-30024, 500th Bomber Squadron, 345th Bomber Group, Medium, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Worcester County, Massachusetts prior to the war.

B-25D #41-30024 took off from Nadzab Airfield on a training mission to provide co-pilot Blakemore with takeoff and landing practice. This B-25 climbed to 5,000' then went into a descent and crashed to the west of Nadzab, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea killing the entire crew.

Pasquale was declared "Missing In Action" in this crash during the war.
