Fort Scott Tribune: Betty Marie Marshall, 66, Arcadia, died March 6, 1996, at Fort Scott Mercy Hospital. She had made her home the past two years with her son in Pleasanton. fettShe was born May 6, 1929, in Fort Scott, the daughter of George and Grace Pyle Fetters. She married Wallace A. Mashall on Aug. 5, 1949, in Bentonville, Ark. He died Feb. 11, 1992.
Mrs. Marshall was a retired nurse. She worked 15 years at St. Mary's Hospital
in Manhattan and 15 years at Fort Scott Mercy Hospital. She attended the First
Christian Church in Pleasanton.
Survivors include two sons, George Marshall, Pleasanton, and Arnold Marshall,
Arcadia; one daughter, Cindy Tustin, Arcadia; one sister, Grace Clement, Conway,
Mo. She was preceded in death by an infant sister.
Services will be at the Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Joseph Walters
will officiate.
