Mrs. A. Vaudrin, RLF, Dies Here

Mrs. Amedie Vaudrin, 53, of Red Lake Falls died Wednesday afternoon at a Crookston hospital. She had entered the hosptial shortly before Christmas.

The former Blanche Jolly was born August 16, 1905 in Terrabone to Roderick Jolly and Angeline Founier. She was married to Amedie Vaudrin in 1933 at Red Lake Falls.

Mrs. Vaudrin's survivors include her husband; two brothers, Herbert Jolly of Red Lake Falls, and William Jolly of Wadena; five sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Rose) Lux of Mason City, Iowa, Mrs. Joseph (Rebecca) Carriere of Hallock, Mrs. Omer (Eva) Amiot of Red Lake Falls, Mrs. Thomas (Agnes) Vaudrin of Crookston and Mrs. David (Della) Amiot of Red Lake Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Vaudrin was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and he Ladies of St. Anne's Society.

A solemn requiem high mass will be sung Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls. The Rev. William Keefe will be celebrant. The Rev. Arthur Lemire, will serve as deacon and the Rev. Gerald Noesen, sub-deacon. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in the spring.

The boby may be viewed at the Petterson Funeral Home, Red Lake Falls, Friday afternoon and evening with recitation of the Rosary at 8:30 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Rosaire Amiot, Andrew Amiot, Daniel Carriere, Larry Vaudrin, Ronald Perreault and Delbert Audette.
