In the name of God Amen
I, FREDERICK MILLER, of the County of Catawba and State of North Carolina Being of perfect and sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament in manor and form following;

That is to say

1st I will and bequeath to my beloved wife FANNY MILLER one hundred acres of Land that is the lower part of the track I now live on including my dwelling house and all the other buildings & orchards to be laid of in any shape or form she sees proper; I also will and bequeath to my said wife FANNY one horse beast choich of my stock; also a Pair of horse gears choice. Also three head of cattle choice of my stock also six head of hogs four head of sheep, also my walnut drefser; a Table, also a wash pot and as many of the other pots and ovens and other cookery ware as she may see fit to keep for necessary use, also three beds.

I also will and bequeath to my son AMBROSE MILLER one hundred and fifty four acres of land for which the title is already made and in his pofefsion.

I also will and bequeath to my son JOEL MILLER one hundred and ninety five acres of land for which the title is already made and delivered

I also will and bequeath to my son FREDERICK MILLER one hundred and ninety six acres of Land the Title already made and delivered

I also will and bequeath to my son ABEL MILLER one hundred and fifty acres of land,

I also will and bequeath to my son CALEB MILLER one hundred and sixty nine acres of land

I also will and bequeath to my son PAUL MILLER sixty six acres of land and one hundred and ten dollars in cash to make up the amount my other sons received in land for which lands the title are already made and delivered.

I also will and bequeath to my Daughter AMY all the property and furniture she received of me at her marriage

I also will and bequeath to my Daughter LEAH all the property and furniture she received of me at her marriage

I also will and bequeath to my Daughter POLLY all the property and furniture she received of me at her marriage

I also will and bequeath to my Daughter RUFINA fifty dollars to bring her to an equality with my other Daughters

It is further my will that it shall be discretionary with my lawful heirs as to the residue of my Land not disposed of in this will to sell the same or to divide it equally among all my sons and daughters

It is further my will that the residue of my personal property not disposed of in this my will shall be sold at publick sale and the money acruing there from shall be equally divided among my wife and all sons & Daughters that is after all my just debts and funeral expences are paid

And lastly I nominate and appoint my beloved sons JOEL MILLER and ELIHU A. MILLER my lawful Executors to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intire and meaning of the same;
