Mrs. Roy "Lula Mae" Walker
Funeral services for Mrs. Roy "Lula Mae" Walker, 92, of Frankston were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J.A. Griffin and the Rev. Jack Clopp officiating.

Burial was in the Wofford Cemetery near Frankston under direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Frankston.

Mrs. Walker died Saturday, Dec. 2, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 24, 1907 in Cooper, and was a member of the Frankston Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Walker was also an active lifetime member of the local Frankston Ladies Auxiliary of the local VFW Post 5073 for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy H. Walker, and six of her seven children.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Kimbrell of Frankston; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was the daughter of Benjamin Hill Formby & Susan R. Watkins Formby

Pallbearers were Mike Walker, Kathy Phillips, Joyce Rutledge, Roy Rutledge, Robbin Wolf and Phillip Walker.

Honorary pallbearers were Ken Walker, Deborah King, Susan Allen and Wayne Wilburn.
