Casualty of the Great War, he was the elder twin son of Sir Philip Henry Brian Grey-Egerton,12th Baronet,of Oulton Park, Cheshire, and Mary Carolyn Campbell Grey Egerton, his wife (later Mrs. Richard McCreery).He was a Captain in the 19th (Queen Alexandra's Own Royal) Hussars and was killed in action at Brancoucourt Farm, aged 23.
