A coroner's inquest into circumstances surrounding the death of Mrs. D. C. Kearns, who died at St. John's hospital yesterday from the effects of drinking a potion at her home Sunday night, will be held tonight in Coroner's office at the court house.

Mrs. Kearns' act of self-destruction is believed to have been caused by despondency over the death of her husband, D. C. Kearns, who died in Chicago a week ago from taking a potion. Mrs. Kearns was 29 years old and is survived by one daughter, Virginia.
