Son of Frank Anthony Morabito and Maria Nicola Salvatore.

Frank served as a Private First Class in the 274th Infantry Regiment, 70th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided at 161 West Avenue, Spencerport, Monroe County, New York prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on April 14, 1944 at Fort Dix, New Jersey. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a mechanic at the Haloid Company with his brother Anthony and also as Single, without dependents.

Frank "Died Of Wounds" received during action in France during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.

His brother, Pvt. Anthony F. Morabito, also "Died of Wounds" during the war. They are interred next to each other.

Their brother, Arthur Carmello Morabito, also served in WW II, Korea, and Vietnam and retired as a Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Air Force.

Their brother, Joseph Bruno Morabito, also served in WW II as a Tech. 5, 154th engineers and was in the battles of Peilelu, Saipan, Leyte Gulf and Iwo Jima. He was awarded four battle stars on his ribbons.
