Son of Enos P Fatty (b. 1885) and Geneva Jacobs (Warrior) Fatty (b. 1897).

He was enrolled in the Tunesassa School on the Allegany Indian Reservation in the Winter of 1937 and left in Jan 1938.

Victor served in the Army in WW II in the 71st Infantry Regiment, 44th Infantry Division and was killed in action. He was awarded the bronze star. His remains were recovered and he was buried on the Allegany Indian Reservation in Steamburg, New York, USA at the Hillside Haven Cemetery.
