She resided in Tennessee prior to World War II.
She entered the School of Nursing at The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio on August 18, 1943. When she entered the school her name on the top of her card showed "Helen Crowell", however she signed as "Suzanne Crowell".
The cause of her passing is currently unknown.
