"Roger's remains have been recovered and he is now listed as Killed In Action".

Roger served as a Private First Class, 157th Infantry Regiment, 45th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Belknap County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on September 16, 1943 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He was noted as being employed in the manufacture of miscellaneous products and also as Single, with dependents.

Roger was originally declared "Missing In Action" in the Battle of the Bulge in northeast France during the war.

He was awarded the "Bronze Star" and the Purple Heart with one Oak Leaf Cluster!

Roger is now interred in the Saint Louis De Gonzague Cemetery, Nashua, New Hampshire.
