Husband of Dorothy Bricen who resided in Erie, Pennsylvani.

Thomas served as a Staff Sergeant and Turret-Gunner on B-25J #43-27553 "Evora", 445th Bomber Squadron, 321st Bomber Group, Medium, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Niagara County, New York prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on January 4, 1943 in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed in the mechanical treatment of metals and also as Married.

Thomas was "Killed In Action" while flying from Solenzara, Corsica against the Galliate Road Bridge, east of Galliate, Province of Novara, Italy, when their plane took a direct hit from antiaircraft fire on the left engine as it was making its bomb run during the war. The entire crew was "Killed In Action" during this flight.

He was awarded a Air Medal with 6 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Purple Heart.
