Charles P Bagley, was served with the USAAF in WWII and lost his life when his plane, B17 43-38463 398th Bomber Group, crashed at Grossloebichau, near Jena, Germany.....Charles Bagley enlisted in the US Army at Santa Ana AAB, California on 10 March 1943. The airplane was hit by flak and was burning from one wing. The plane went in to a dive and exploded in mid-air. No parachutes were seen.
