Darold G. Callahan, 77, of Byesville passed away Wednesday (August 4, 2010) at SEORMC. He was born April 18, 1933 in Guernsey County and was the son of the late Glenn and Rose (Weaver) Callahan. Mr. Callahan was a truck driver for many years. He previously worked at Hamilton Beach and Cambridge Glass. He was a graduate of Buffalo High School and enjoyed playing cards, old cars and word puzzles. Mr. Callahan is survived by his companion of 32 years, Ollie Dailey and her children; two sisters, Betty Keith and Shelba Oney both of Pleasant City; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Evan. Woody Biggs officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Christian Cemetery.
