Warren, who resided at 1105 Adams Street, Wilmington, Delaware, served as a Captain and Battery Commander with the 445th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battery, 8th Infantry Division, First Army, U.S. Army during World War II.

He was "Killed In Action" in Schwerin, Germany.

He had served in the Army for two years and eleven months at the time of his death and was decorated with the Bronze Star.
