Cpl. Anton F. Thell killed in action

Word has been received by Mrs. Elizabeth Thell, 60th & F Streets, from the War
Department that her son Cpl. Anton F. Thell died November 27, 1943, somewhere in
the European area. He was previously reported missing in action.
Besides his mother, Cpl. Thell is survived by four brothers, Michael, Max,
William and George; four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Trombley, Mrs. Mary McEvoy,
Stella and Evelyn.
The Rev. Joseph Autard was celebrant of a Requiem Mass sung at Holy Ghost church
Tuesday for Cpl. Thell.
