In the 1920 census 5-month-old William is living with his parents at 6509 Woodland Ave., in Philadelphia. His father is a salesman.
William's father died 27 Nov 1926 at age 46 from cardiac issues. His mother remarried Arthur G Livingston 28 Aug 1936 in Dover, Kent County, Delaware.
