"C.C. Milliken laid to rest in family plot at Honaker's Ferry"

Funeral services for Christopher Columbus Milliken, 71 years old, who was found dead in his garden at home in the Honaker's Ferry section of the county Saturday morning, were held yesterday afternoon at two o'clock and burial was made in the family burying ground near Honaker's Ferry.

Mr. Milligan was sewing oats when he died. Coroner John Jones held an inquest and the verdict was that Mr. Milliken died after a stroke of Apoplexy.

He is survived by his wife, one daughter Nancy Houchens and four sons-C. W. and L. M. in the United States Army.
