Deceased Name: Neoma M. Davis

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, 1998, in Willamette National Cemetery for Neoma M. Davis, who died Nov. 2 at age 84.
Mrs. Davis was born Oct. 22, 1914, in Roy, Wash., and was raised in Gresham. Her maiden name was Breniser. She graduated from Gresham High School. She lived in Eugene from 1942 to 1965, then returned to Gresham. She had worked for J.C. Penney in Gresham and Eugene and for Meier & Frank in Portland. In 1941, she married Arlie F.; he died in 1993.
Survivors include her sons, Peter J. of Delano and David A. of Portland; daughter, Judith A. Brown of Portland; brother, Herbert A. Breniser of Portland; sisters, Miriam E. Barnhill of Washougal, Wash. and Olive J. Johnston of Gresham; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The family suggests remembrances to Adventist Hospice or a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Bateman Carroll Funeral Chapel in Gresham.
