Mrs. Yomah Caplinger
Mrs. Yomah Caplinger, 65, of New England, died early yesterday morning at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born in Jackson county, Feb. 12, 1895, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Sams and had spent her early life in Jackson county. She had lived the past 35 years in the Hopewell community and was a member of the Hopewell Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, James M. Caplinger; one son, James V. Caplinger of Parkersburg; one daughter, Mrs. Nellie Blosser, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Lockhart, East Liverpool, O., and Mrs. Icie Taylor of Columbus, O., and three grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Leavitt funeral home and will remain there until time of graveside services Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Hopewell cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home
