George, who resided at 20 North New Street, Dover, Delaware, served as a Seaman First Class on board the A.V. 15 U.S.S. Hamlin, U.S. Navy during World War II.

He was "Killed In Action" in a plane crash near Okinawa while serving as an aerial gunner. It is unknown at this time why he was detached from the Hamlin and serving as an aerial gunner.

He had served with the U.S. Navy for two years and two months.

Son of George Hinkle Bullock, Sr. and Lela Short Bullock.
