Pratt Hunter Jacobs was the son of Wesley D Jacobs and Sarah Bell.

He married Hattie Caroline Stanford on 06 Nov 1915 in South Carolina. One child would be born to this union in 1916: Arizona May Jacobs.

Pratt served as a PVT in the 118th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division and was killed in action during WWI.

He is listed in the World War I Honor Roll; and the Tablets of the Missing at Somme American Cemetery.

He was 20-years of age.
