Casper came to the U.S., alone, in 1908 at the age of 14 years old and settled in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He attended St. Joseph's College, Collegeville, Indiana. Casper came to Oklahoma in 1916 and settled in Oklahoma City. He married Agnes Vera Dixon on 28 Nov 1918. He retired from Oklahoma Natural Gas Co. in 1959. Casper loved his family, cooking, and dancing the polka.
