Dr. Andrew L. Sampson, 35, of Fort Collins, died Wednesday, March 24, 1999, in Fort Collins CO.
A funeral will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. Bishop Mark Kochevar will officiate. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 - 9 pm, Sunday at Raeger Funeral Home and 11 - noon Monday at the church.
Andrew Sampson was born on December 30, 1963, in Aspen CO to Clinton Richard Sampson and Lola Ruth (Ogden) Sampson.
He earned an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and a doctorate in dental services from Creighton University.
He married Kim S. Moberly on June 10, 1989, in Los Angeles CA.
Dr. Sampson was a dentist in Fort COllins CO since 1994
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a two year mission in Argentina. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America and was an Eagle Scout. He enjoyed golf, racquetball and numerous other sports.
Survivors include his wife Kim Sampson, sons Blake and Tanner, and daughters Whitney and Taylor, all of Fort Collins; his parents Clinton and Lola Sampson of Grand Junction; two brothers, Woodrow Sampson of Grand Junction CO and Dale Sampson of Huber Heights OH; one sister, Sharon Rettie of Riverton UT
