He resided in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on October 24, 1942 in Hartford, Connecticut. He was noted as being employed in the manufacture of boots and shoes and also as Single, without dependents.

Rosario was "Killed In Action" in the "Colmar Pocket" near Alsace, France during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.
