Hospitalized Oct 1863 to Jan 25 1864 with influenza at Tilton U.S.Hospital, Wilmington, De.
Captured at Petersburg, Va. June 22, 1864.
Confined at Richmond, Va on June 25 1864
Sent to Lynchburg, Va June 29 1864 as prisoner of War

Levin "Died Of Disease" while a "POW" during the war.

Son of John C.and Mary Prettyman.
