Mary Naomi Mihelarakis, 78, of Culpeper, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007 at her home. She was born October 25, 1929 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Paul and Irene Naomi Kardules. She lived in Sterling Park before moving to Culpeper eight years ago. She was an active member of the Herndon United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Gus Steve Mihelarakis; a son, Steven Gus Mihelarakis; and a daughter, Irene Naomi Quincy; two sisters, Liberty Kovac and Anna Lewis. Also survived by her five grandchildren, Wayne, Ryan, Sarah, Bobbie and Ashley. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 26 at 11 a.m. at the Culpeper United Methodist Church, 1233 Oaklawn Drive, Culpeper. The family will have a private committal at Culpeper National Cemetery at a later date.
